Seasoned With Salt

In Colossians 4, while Paul was in prison for preaching the gospel, he asked the believers at Colossae to watch and pray, like Jesus asked the disciples in Mark 14:38. Not only was it Paul’s desire that God would open a door for him to clearly speak about the gospel, he also instructed the believers at Colossae on how to represent the gospel (God’s redemptive plan) to the world. This message unpacks what it looks like to walk in wisdom with speech that is always gracious, seasoned with salt.
