For today’s post we shall skip the funny business and witty shenanigans because this may be the final full day we have to complete projects at the Willoughby Residence. Or possibly due to the fact I am running out of time to make the blog and I mustn’t keep all the faithful blog followers in the dark… but I digress.
Some of the tasks for the day:
- Finish pressure washing
- Check temperature on phone to prove it was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Finish Driveway
- Install swing + gymnastic bar things
- Continue to ask the hard hitting questions
- Finish shed-like structure
- Trim more hedges
- Build shelves for garage
- Organize garage
- Obtain ice cream + pizza
Stats for the trip so far:
- 16 trips to the hardware store
- 15 trips to the grocery store
- 2 trips to the ice cream shop
- 4 million liters of sweat sweated (approximately)
- 5 million good times had (approximately)
- 20 pizzas for 25 people (approximately, but not far off)
- 1 mild injury
We are extremely excited to gather at Eckstein Gemeinde for worship on Sunday and explore the city of Berlin! Continue to pray for the hearts of the neighbors and for the gospel going forth in this city. Pray that we wouldn’t be overcome by exhaustion, but remain clinging to Jesus for strength. Thank you all for following along and especially for your prayers!
