What We Believe
We are grateful to God for his saving grace in your life and your desire to follow our Lord into baptism!
After a person confesses Jesus as Lord and receives God’s offer of salvation, baptism is a powerful outward sign regarding what has already happened inwardly.
Our baptism services are a testimony to how Jesus raises us to walk in new life and a great blessing to all who participate and attend.

What is baptism?

Why should I be baptized?
Baptism is a beautiful picture of Christ’s death, burial and resurrection, and signifies the change that occurred in your life when you received Christ. It pictures that we have died to our old life and have been raised to live a new life for Christ. This is a very important public testimony of what Christ has already done in your heart.

How do we baptize?

Can children be baptized?
We believe baptism is an important step of obedience that requires spiritual maturity, including a personal conviction and confidence that one’s faith in Christ is genuinely his or her own. We have found that this level of maturity is essential when making the decision to be baptized. Therefore, we have chosen to wait until an individual is at least high school age before being baptized.
